Being into personal finance, I keep talking about WEALTH. That doesn't mean we should overlook the most important aspect of our lives, which is our HEALTH. In reality, we take both Health and Wealth for granted.
We have become addicted to greed and temptation. We prioritize immediate needs even if it means sacrificing long-term benefits.
Our emotions have a strong influence on our desires, resulting in a high temperament, behavior, and fulfillment at any cost. People are willing to trade off long-term big gains for short-term small gains.
We are tempted by food taste or smell even when we are aware that it is bad for our health, especially fast food and sweets.
We are lured by short-term speculation gains, despite knowing that it is a barrier to wealth creation.
Be mindful of your urge for instant gratification.
