Too many cooks spoil the broth! This phrase refers to each cook adding something to a soup, which eventually tastes bad.
If too many people participate in task management, especially in a leadership role, the task will not be completed well, and may even be ruined entirely. This is exactly what happens when more than one central power begins to take the lead in any government or business.
A team of doctors performing a joint operation has only one leader. Not every doctor does what he or she wants on their own.
The same holds true for our investments. We get nowhere when we seek advice from a variety of professionals, whether free or paid.
Stop seeking free advice from news outlets or so-called professionals; they are not your mentors.
